House Offer!

J Doggy took this pic with some function where you take three pics back to back and then with a program it layers them. Now I know how resort pics always look so good! Although, if they're resorts, they probably just are that good.

I AM SO EXCITED! We just got a house offer! Down side is that it's a low-ball offer, and from their lack of contract (just a letter of intent), our realtor says they know it's too low, but they want to negotiate. Anyway, I'm thrilled!

Here is my favorite feedback from someone else that visited, too bad it's past Wed :(, nice to hear though!

My Clients really liked this home and it is the top of our list for Pearland, they are looking in a few other areas and will make a final decision on Wednesday. Home was very well kept and appeared to be newer than it was, great floor plan. Thank you, ****
